A lovely way to finish the week and begin another!
Autumn/Winter is a time where attention begins to turn inwards and we reflect on the year gone by. After an initial warming up of the body we will be using a more restorative approach, props (bricks/blankets) are used to open the body ‘passively’ allowing the body/mind to feel nourished. This practise will help us physically and mentally prepare for a 45 min Yoga Nidra. This session will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, nourished and ready for the week ahead.
